Club Rental
What we offer:
We have multiple options to rent our facilities. Scroll down to view the calendar. If you wish to book, please fill out the form below, and someone will contact you to confirm your rental. With your rental, you gain access to the kitchen, inside seating area, outside pavilion, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
Members
Members of the Trenton Sportsman’s Club may reserve the pavilion, clubroom, or designated areas of the property for private events, provided the reservation does not conflict with scheduled club activities. The rental fee for members is $100 plus a $40 cleanup deposit, payable to the caretaker at the time the reservation is made. The reserved area must be cleaned and returned to its original condition by 10:00 AM the following morning. The reserving member is responsible for any damages that occur during the reservation period. Approved nonprofit or community organizations may be granted use of the facility free of charge with approval from the Club President or Board of Directors.
Non-Members
The Trenton Sportsman’s Club facility is also available for rental by non-members. The rental fee is $200 plus a $40 cleanup deposit, payable at the time of reservation. Non-members may reserve the clubroom or pavilion no earlier than 30 days prior to the requested date. All reserved areas must be cleaned and returned to their original condition by 10:00 AM the following morning, and the renter is responsible for any damages that occur during the reservation period. Reservations are subject to availability and may not conflict with scheduled club activities.
